Returns/Refunds

We here at Pania Skin believe in all our products 100%!!!... But we believe in our customer's satisfaction even more. Like all things, good things take time. Therefore we advise giving our product at least 30 days, unless product is faulty. If after the 30 days, your skin does not like it as much as ours does, we will give you a full refund. 

To be approved for a refund please email us at mail@paniaskin.com within 42 days from date of purchase. Along with your request, order number and slight explanation of why Pania Skin was not a fit for you so that we can continue to improve and grow together. Once email received we will direct you where to send your used bottles. 

Once the bottle/s have been received, we will process a full refund.
